# MissionFix — Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using MissionFix ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MissionFix is a product of HaniTech Solutions LLC, doing business as PC Reps ("we," "us," "our").

## 1. WHAT MISSIONFIX IS
1.1 MissionFix is an AI-powered PC diagnostic and repair tool. It consists of a scanner application that runs on your device and a cloud-based diagnostic service that analyzes your system and provides repair guidance.
1.2 MissionFix is a diagnostic and repair guidance tool — not a guarantee that every issue can be resolved. Some problems require professional hands-on repair or hardware replacement.
## 2. WHAT WE COLLECT
2.1 The MissionFix scanner collects technical information about your device, including but not limited to: hardware specifications, installed software, running processes, system event logs, driver versions, disk health data, and network configuration.
2.2 This data is transmitted to our servers for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving your reported issue.
2.2.1 Optionally — and only with your explicit opt-in consent — your diagnostic session data may also be used to improve MissionFix's diagnostic accuracy, including for your own future sessions. You may opt out at any time, and opting out never affects the service you receive.
2.3 We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any of the following: passwords, personal files, browsing history, saved credentials, financial information, or any content unrelated to system diagnostics — EXCEPT where you explicitly request and approve a service that requires it. Two examples: if you request file backup or data-rescue service, we transmit and store the files you approve (encrypted); if you opt in to drive-encryption protection, we store your BitLocker recovery key so your data can be recovered later. You may decline these services and delete this data at any time.
2.4 Diagnostic data is retained for 30 days after your most recent support session, then automatically deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
## 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
3.1 MissionFix is offered under the following plans:
- **Diagnostic Only ($5/month):** System scanning, AI-powered diagnosis, and identification of issues. Does not include guided repair instructions.
- **Standard ($10/month):** Full diagnosis plus step-by-step AI-guided repair instructions.
- **Premium ($20/month):** Everything in Standard, plus Webroot antivirus protection and Carbonite cloud backup. Third-party products included in Premium are subject to their own license terms.
- **Single Session ($15 one-time):** One full diagnostic and guided repair session. No subscription required.
3.2 Subscription plans include up to 20 diagnostic sessions per billing cycle. Additional sessions may be purchased separately.
3.3 Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3.4 Pricing is subject to change. We will notify active subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
## 4. AI-GUIDED REPAIRS
4.1 MissionFix uses artificial intelligence to analyze diagnostic data and provide repair recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated guidance may not be correct in every case.
4.2 You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any repair instructions provided by the Service. MissionFix will always recommend creating a System Restore point before any system changes, and you should do so.
4.3 If MissionFix's guided repair does not resolve your issue, you may request a professional repair quote (see Section 5).
## 5. PROFESSIONAL REPAIR SERVICES
5.1 If a self-guided repair is unsuccessful or you prefer professional assistance, MissionFix can generate a repair quote based on the diagnostic data already collected.
5.2 Professional repairs may be performed by PC Reps directly (mail-in) or by a vetted local technician dispatched to your location, where available.
5.3 Professional repair services are subject to separate pricing and authorization. No repair work will be performed without your explicit approval of the associated quote.
5.4 Local technicians in our network are independently vetted by PC Reps but operate as independent contractors. PC Reps is not liable for damage caused by third-party technicians beyond the scope of the approved repair.
## 6. AGENT SOFTWARE (FUTURE FEATURE)
6.1 MissionFix may offer an optional resident agent that can perform automated repairs on your device with your permission.
6.2 The agent will NEVER make changes to your system without your explicit approval. Every proposed action will be presented with a plain-English description, and you must click "Allow" before it executes.
6.3 A System Restore checkpoint will be created automatically before any system change made by the agent.
6.4 A complete audit log of every action taken by the agent is maintained and available to you upon request.
6.5 The agent will NEVER: disable your security software, access other devices on your network, transmit personal files to any server (except backup or data-rescue operations you explicitly approve under Section 2.3), or execute any action outside the scope of the approved repair.
6.6 Optional recovery features — such as bootable rescue environments and hardware tests that require restarting your device — are part of the agent's scope and follow the same consent, logging, and safety rules described in this section.
## 7. DATA RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 It is your responsibility to back up important data before using MissionFix's repair features. While we take precautions (including System Restore points), we are not liable for data loss that occurs during diagnostics or repair, regardless of cause.
7.2 If your device's storage is failing, MissionFix will attempt to identify this condition and recommend data backup before proceeding with other repairs.
## 8. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
8.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information.
8.2 MissionFix licenses are for individual use. One subscription covers one person's devices.
8.3 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or use the Service under the account of a parent or guardian.
8.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used for unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: reselling access, automated or scripted use of the diagnostic service, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Service.
## 9. REFUND POLICY
9.1 If MissionFix is unable to diagnose your issue or if you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].
9.2 Single Session purchases ($15) are refundable if the diagnostic fails to complete or if no actionable guidance is provided.
9.3 Professional repair services (mail-in or local tech) have their own refund and warranty terms, which will be provided with the repair quote.
## 10. LIABILITY LIMITATION
10.1 MissionFix is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that every issue can be diagnosed or resolved, or that the Service will be available without interruption.
10.2 Our total liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of MissionFix is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.3 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: lost data, lost revenue, or device downtime.
## 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 MissionFix, its scanner software, and all associated code, branding, and documentation are the property of HaniTech Solutions LLC.
11.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the MissionFix software.
## 12. PRIVACY POLICY
12.1 We collect only the technical data described in Section 2 and your account information (name, email, payment method).
12.2 We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide professional repair services you have requested (e.g., sharing diagnostic data with an approved local technician for a repair you authorized).
12.3 All data transmitted between the MissionFix scanner and our servers is encrypted in transit.
12.4 You may request a copy of all data we hold about you, or request deletion, by contacting [email protected].
## 13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
13.1 We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
13.2 Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
## 14. GOVERNING LAW
14.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of MissionFix shall be resolved in the courts of Elko County, Nevada.
